Dwivedi, Collector, Central Excise, Chandigarh hereby authorise the Superintendents of Ceotrjl Excise to exercise •he powers vested in the Asstt. Collector under Rule 93(b) of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 for approval of wrappers, outer coverings or labels, to be fixed on manufactured tobocoo products within their respective jurisdictions.
i2. The foregoing delegation of powers is subject to the condition that the approved specimens of wrappers etc. are sent to the juradictlonal Awtt, Collec- tor and also to the Collector.
