NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th November, 1980
G.S.R. 6<5(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) °f section 3, read with sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952J, the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, namely :—
1. This Scheme may be called the Employees Provident Funds (Fifth Amend-
ment) Scheme, 1980.
2. In the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in clause (b) of sub- paragraph-(3) of paragraph 1, after sub-clause (XCT) .the following sub-clause, shall be inserted, namely :—
"(XCII) us respects the Brick Industry, that is to say, any industry ejjgajjed- in ihe manufacture of Bricks, specified in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No G.S.R. 662(E), dated the 27th November, 1980, come into force on the 30th Novem- ber, 1980,"
