NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 29th November, 1980CUSTOMS GSM. 670(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Bunking No. 77-Customs, dated the 18th June, 1977, namely :— In the said notification, for the words, "goods" the words, "goods, other than stainless steel bright bars and wire rods" shall be substituted. G.S.R. 669(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the [No. 234/F. GJSJt. 671(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (32 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Finance Act, 1980 (13 of 1980), the Central Govern- ment, being satisfied that it is neceisary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 46- Customs, dated the 25th March, 1980, Damely :—

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "30th November. 1980", the figures, letters and and word "31st March, 1981" shall bo substituted.
