NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th December, 1980

8.O. M"fE).-—In exercise of the power* conferred by sub-wctlon (2) of

section 56B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890), the Cental Goven-

ment, being satisfied that it 1§ necessary that the goods booked by tralni inten-

ded solely for the carriage of goodi to any railway station should be removed

without delay from such railway station and having regard to the factors speci-

fied in that sub-section, hereby declares the following railway station "" a

"notified station" for a period of six months with effect from 6th December,

1980, namely :—

"Nasik Road"
