NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December, 1980
S.O. 943(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section I of the Kmployees' State Insurance Act, .'948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the seventh day of December, 1980 as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except section 44 and 4? which have already been brought into force) and Chapter V and VI (except sub-section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 7S, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force] of the said Act shall come into force in the follow- ing areas in the State of Punjab, namely:—
"Revenue village Shcikhpura Had Bust No. 133 in the District of Kapurthala".
