No, PW/PCM-30/80.—In exercise of the powers conferred on them by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government is pleased to appoint Shri P. R. Narasimhan, Secretary, Madras Port Trust as Deputy Chairman, Madras Port Trust in the pay scale of Rs. 2450-100-2750 with effect from 5-12-1980 (afternoon) and until further orders.
