And whereus by the Order of the Uovcinmeni, of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 901 (E), dated the 21st November, 1l>80, the duration ol* the said Order was fuilhcr extended uplo am! inclusive of the 3rd August, 1981 ;
And wheicas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the said industrial undertaking it is necessary, so, to do in the interests of the general public wilh a. view to preventing fall in the volume o1" production of the scheduled industry, namely, the Sugar Industry;
"Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 18FB of.thc, paid. Act, lie Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settle- ments, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this Order (other than those which, have been entered into, anived at or come iDto force after the 4th February, 1978) to which the said industrial undertaking or the company owning such industrial tmdcrtakirig is a party or which may be applicable to such industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for u period upto and inclusive of the 3rd August, 19H1 and all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the date of issue of this order shtill remain suspended upto and inclusive of the 3rd August, 1981.
[Hie No. 4(4)/78-CUSJ S.O. 959(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bi of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (De- velopment and Regulation) Act, l'J51 (65 of 1951), the Cen- ual Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of Jndia in the Ministry of Irkin try (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. y()2(F)/lSFB/IDRA/8O, dated 21st November, 1980 :—
In the said Order for (he brackets, words and figures, namely, "(other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions, and also those which have been entered into, arrived at or come into force after the Ml) January, 1979)" the following brackets, words and figures may be substituted, namely,
"(other than those which have been entered into, arrived ul or came into force after the 6th January, 1979)."
