MINISTRY OF LABOUR

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th December, 1980

8.O. 961(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec- tion 5A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints .the Deputy Minister of Labour, Ministry of Labour, as Chairman of the Central Board of Trustees and the Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Labour as Member of the Central Board of Trustees and makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India hi the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 236, dated the 16th December, 1975, namely :—

In the said notification, for the entries against the Serial Nos. 1 and 2, the

following entries, respectively, shall be inserted, namely :—

1. "Deputy Minister of Labour, Ministry of Labour, New Delhi".

2. "Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Labour,

New Delhi".
