Subject:— Import Policy for April 1980—March 1981
No. IPC/3/9/80.—Attention is kwitod to Import Policy for April 1980—MwcW 19*1, paWistod under the Department of Commerce FttJottc Notice No. 9-FTC(PN)/80, dated the 15th April, 1980.
2. In the said Import Policy, the description of the export product against S. No. A. 82(i) in Appendix 17 at page }33 of the policy book, which was not correctly mentioned in the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 46-ITC(PN)/80, dated 1-12-1980, may be amended to read as under—
"Bicycles, All Types (other than special models and Sports Light Roadster) and bicycle components".
3. The following amendments shall also be deemed to have been made in the said Import Policy at the appropriate places indicated below:—•

4. The amendments in Appendix 17 of Import Policy, 1980-81 as included in para 3 of this Public Notice will apply in respect of exports made on or after 1st October, 1980.
