ORDER
S.O. 978(E).'—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Drugs (Price Contiol) Order, 1979 issued thereunder :—
1 (i) This order may be called the Drugs (Prices Control) Amendment Order,
1980.
(ii) It shall come into force on the date of Its publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. (i) In the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 1979, In paragraph 12, sub-
raragraph (2) shall be omitted,
(ii) In the said Order, sub-paragraph (3) shall bo renumbered as sub-
paragraph (2).
