3. The terms and conditions contained in the public Notices Nos. 46-LTC (PN)/80 and 47-ETC (PN)/80 both dated 28-7-1980, as amended fiom time to time in respect of garments and '.nit- wear and fabrics and made-ups will apply mutatis mutandis to this scheme.
