ORDER
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 1980
1914 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii),] And wheieas the duiation of the said Order was extended from lime to lime, the lasL of such extensions being uplo and inclusive of the 22nd December, 1980 ;(1) of section 18FH of the Industries (Development and Regulation! Act, 1951 (fihtrn and the amounts drawn by the mill against the L.'ifih ircuit accou'l (ordinary) to (he extent these are covered in the current assets) lo which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Pulgaon Cotton Mills Limited, Pu'gaon, is a paiiy or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain suspended for a period of one year fiom such date and that all the rights, privileges, obliga- tions anil liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date chall remain suspended for the said period ;
And whcieas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration cf the raid Order should be extended for a further period of three months ;
Now, liiccfore. in exercise of the powers conferred by ciau.se (b) of" sub-section (f), read with sub-section (2), of f>c;Lion Ipru oi the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order uplo and inclusive of the 22nd March, 1981.
