New Delhi, ilie 27th December, 1980

S.O. 9"6(E).—In cxcfcbc of the poivcis conferred by sub-section (3) of Section I of the Fmployccs¹ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th December, 1980 as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except section 44 and 43 which have ulready been brought into force) and Chapters V and VI (except sub-section (1) of Section 7fi and sections 77, 78, 79 und 81 which have already been brought into force) of the said Act shall come into force in the following areas

n the State of Mndhya Pradesh namely :—
