S.O. 9Wf&).—Jifr e^wrcise of the powers conferred by sflb-sectton (3) of Section 1 of (he Employees' Stale Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948J, the Central GoVirnmeWt hereby appoints the 28th December, 1980 as the date on which the provltffcflis of 'Chapter IV except section 44 and which have already been brought into force) and Chapters V and VJ (except sub- section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought inlo force) of the said Act shall come into force in the follo- wing areas in the State of Uttiir Pradesh, nunfely :—
"The areas comprised within the revenue villaec Kukrctha in Piirgann,
Tehsil and District Agin."
