सा० का० ५ि० 727 (थ): केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा- शुल्क अधि नियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना भावश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 84- सी० शु ० , तारीख 19 अप्रैल, 1980 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 2 में " 31 दिसम्बर, 1980 " मंक और शब्द के स्थान पर " 31 मार्च , 1981 " अंक और शम्य रखे जाएंगे । [सं० 250/फा ० सं० 355/ 156/80-सी० शु०- I]

G.S.R. 727 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 84-Customs dated the 19th April, 1980, namely :-
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and words " 31st day of December , 1980 ", the figures, letter and words " 31st day of March, 1981 " , shall be substi- tuted.

सा० का० शि० 728 ( ब):-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा शुल्क अधि नियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भरना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंककारी विभाग ( राजस्व खण्ड) को प्रधिपूषना सं ० 4-सीमाशुल्क, जनवरी , 1977 का निम्नलिखित संसोधन करती है , तारोख 6 अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

In the said notification , paragraph 2 shall be omitted.
