G.S.K. 729(E).—In exercise of the poweis conferred by tub-rule (.1) of rule $ of the Central Excise Rules, l'J44, the Central Government hereby makes ihc following further amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 291/77- Ccntral Excises, dated the 12th September, 1977, nnroely :—
In the said notification, for the figures, letters and vwcls "31st day of December, 1980", the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 19N1" shall be substituted.
