2. It bus been decided to allow export of 'cane' under OGL 3. 3. It has also been aeclded to gllow export of 'bmrtboo¹- oa a limited ceiling on first come first served basis by endorsement on shipping bills. However, th" provisions of Para 14 of Expoit Policy Aprif, 80—March, giT wl)l not be appli- cable.
