का. नि. आ. 4- ई छावनी अधिनियम , 1924 (1924 का 2) की धारा 15 की उपधारा (1 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि प्रशासनिक कठिनाई से बचन के लिए यह आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा महूं छावनी बोर्ड ने सभी निर्वाचित नदम्यों को पदावधि 6 जनवरी , 1982 तक या उनके पद उत्तराधिकारी के , शामतीय राजपत्र में , निर्माधन अधि- सूचना की तारीख तक , इनमें जो भी पहल हो , बढ़ाती है ।

S.R.O. 4 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisoto sub-section ( 1 ) of section 15 of the Cantonmen/ s Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) , the Central Government being satis- fied that it is necessary in order to avoid administrative diffi- culty hereby extends the term of office of all the elected members of Mhow Cantonment Board up to 6th Januray , 1982 , or the date of notification of clections of their successors in office in the official Gazette , whichever is earlier.
