G.S.R. 12(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Coconut Development Bonrd Acl, 1979 (5 of 1979), the Central Government hereby specifies that the head office of the Coconut Development Board, established under subsection (1) of the snid section 4, shall be at Cochin in the State of Keiala.

G.S.R. 13(E).—In exercise of The powers conferred by sub-section (3) of seaion 1 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), the Central Government hcicby appoints the 12th day of January, 1981 as the date on which the said Acl shall come into force.
