S.O. 2I(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), the Central Government hereby establishes with effect from the 12th January, 1981, a Board to bo callod the Coconut Develop- ment Board consisting of the following members, namely :—
