NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th lanuary, 1981

CUSTOMS

G.SJt. 19(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further jimendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 29-CXistoms, dated the 10th February, 1979, namely :—

In the Table to the said notification, for Serial No. 5 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

"5. Self basifying chrome tanning agents. Aluminium tanning agents, Oil tanning agents, resin tanning agents, zirconium tanning agents, basic chrome sulphate.
