ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 29(E) No. E (C) O/ 1977/AM(193).—In exercise of the powers conferred
by Section 3 of t h: Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called t b; Exports (Control) Fourth Amendment Order,
1981.
2. In P "t ' B' Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the following shall
b; added after S. N o. 70 (xiii) ;
70 (\iv)—Garments, all types viz, non-quota items exported to quota countries and all items exported to non-quota countries.
3. In the Exports (Contiol) Older, 1977 in OGL-3 the following shall be added
after S. N o. 42A as under :—
