सा०का० नि० 21 (थ) भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रयत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार मणिपुर और त्रिपुरा सरकारों से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग ) पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1966 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्न मिश्रित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्--

GS.R No. 21 ( E ) -In cercise of the powers confured by sub - section( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act , 1951 , (61 of 1951 ) , read with tule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadrc ) Rules , 1966 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Governments of Manipur and Tripui , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulacions , 1966 , namely
1. ( 1 ) These Regulations maybe called the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Amendment Regulations , 1981 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of then publica- tion in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service , ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, for the heading Manipur- Tripura" and the entues occuning thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely : -

मा० का ०नि० (अ) भारतीय वन नवा (वेतन) नियम, 1962 के नियम 11 के मथ पठिन अनि भारतीय गवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 7 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त गर्कियो की प्रयोग करते होए ये मरकार मणिपुर और बिपुग मरकारो परमर्श में र्नय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 1968 न आगे सशोधन करने के लिएदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनानी है. ग्रर्थान
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमो का नाम भारतीय वन नियन 1951 1 सत्रा ( वेतन ) गणोधन
( 2) ये मन्त्र गये । जपत्र के नवे प्रश्न कीनाखा प्रवन्न
2 भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेन) नियम 196 ने
(क), अनुसूचा 111 क ने उक्त राज्य गरकग के बीन भारतीय भारतीय वन सेवा के ममय वेतनमान में उपर वेतन वाले परी बाले पदो की मारणी के. प्रथम कालम में पायी जाने वाल्म "मणिपुर-त्रिपुग" प्रविष्टि और द्वितीया वृतीयागो की तत्संबधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निर्भानखिन प्रविष्टिया ग्खी जाएगी, अर्थात

1. ( 1 ) These Rules may be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Amendment Rules , 1981
