76 THE GAZETJE OF ]NDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PARr II—SFX. 3(ii>] And whereas the duration of the said Order was further extended upto the 16th January, 1981 ;S.O. 37(E)1H1 B/JDRA/75, dated the 17th Januaty, 1975 hetcinafLcr refenej to as the said Ordei), the Central Govern- ment in exercise of the poweis confcired by clause (b) of subsection (1) of Section 18FB of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the opciation ot all contracts assurances of property agree- ment';, settlement'!, awards, standing oidcrs or other instru- ments in foive immediately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial under- taking known as "vlcssis. Motor and Machinery Manufactuiers Limited, Lakuttn, ii a pasty or vhich may be applicable to the said Jiiuti'-l] inl undertaking shall remain suspended for a. peiiod of omj year from such dale and that all the lights, privilege, obligations and linbilitits accruing or arising thereunJei belore the said date shall remain suspended for the said period ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further peiiod upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 1981 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (De\,uopnn.ni and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 19511, the Cential Government hereby extends the duration of the said Oidci upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 1981.
