New Delhi, the 15th January, 1981

G.S.R. 26(E).—The following Order made by the President on 8th January, 1981 is published for general information:—

THE STATES REORGANISATION (GOVERNORS' ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) AMEND- MENT ORDER, 1981.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (37 of 1956), the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the States Reorganisation (Governors' Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1957, namely ;— 1. This Order may be called the States Reorganisation (Governors' Allowances and Privileges) Amendment Order, 1981. (45) 1215 GI/80 46 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA . EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SLT 3(i)]

dining the year 1980-81 for furnishing the Raj Bhavan at Cbandigaih."

2 In paragraph 8 of the States Reorganisation (Govcrnuis' Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1957 after sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be added namely :—•

N. SANJ1VA RLDDY, President "(3) In addition to the allowances and privileges referred to in paragraph 7, there shall be chaiged on and paid out of (he Consolidated Fund of the State of Punjab to the Governor of Punjab an amount of Rs. 3,25,000
