S.O.38(E).- In exercise cf the powers confentd by section 3 of the Essential Commcdities Act, 1955 (JO of 1955), ihc Qnlial Government hcrtby makes (he following amendments to the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979 namely:—
1. (i) This ordjr rmy b3 called the Drugs (Prices Control)
Second Amendment Order, 1980.
(li) It ^hill conu into force on the date of its publication
in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979—
(a) in th; first Schedule, under the head '1 Bulk Drugs used in the Category I- formulations' in SI. No. 23, for 'Mor- phine Sulphate' " Mwphlne" shall bj substituted.
(b) in the Second Schedule —
(i) under the heading Til Anthelmintics' after entry 6,
add following, namely:—
"7 Mibendazole";
(ih) under Ihe heading "VI Antibiotics after entry 29,
add following namely:— "30. Amoxicillin";,"
(iv) under the heading 'XXXVlII other Anti-infective;,'
after entry 11, add (he following namely :—
"12. MeconazoJe.
13, Monosulfaran (Tetmasolc)
14. Sulphamethizole".
(v) after the heading 'XXXVlll' other Anlwnfectivcs the following heading and enhy Ehall be added
namely;—
