S.O.39(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by subpara- graph (1) of paragraph 12 of the Drugs (Prices Control)- Order,1979, the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing amendments in the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (De- partment of Chemicals and Fertilizers) Nos. S.O. 195 (E), dated the 2nd April, 1979, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated the 3rd April, 1979, at pages 366 to 369, namely:—
"In the Table annexed to the said Order, under the heading 'Citegory II Formulations', in Serial No. 18(a) relating to chloramphenicol caps./tabs., after the existing entries under columns 3 and 4, the following entries shall respectively be inserted, namely:—
'500 mg. Caps/Tabs 6' s strip
250 mg. Caps. 10's strip."
90 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)j S.O. 40(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 12 of ihe Diugs (Prices Ccntrol) Older, 1979, ths Central Government hereby fixes the prices as spscified in column 5 of the Table hereto annexed as the leader price exclusive of excise duty nnd local taxes, if any, of each of the formulations specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of ths said Table with the strength and pack speci- fied respectively in the corresponding entiy in column 3 and 4 thereof.
