सा० फा० ति० 31 ( ब) भारतीय वन सेवा ( सवर्ग ) नियम , 1966 के नियम 4 के नाथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , तमिलनाडु सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( सवर्ग पद सख्या का नियतन ) विलियम , 1966 में और भागे सशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित , विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1 ( 1 ) इन विनियमो का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद सख्या का नियतन ) द्वितीय सशोधन विनियम , 1981 है ।

G.S.R. 31 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 3 of the All India Service Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules , 1966, the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Tamil Nadu , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Fixa- tion of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, namely :-
1. (1) Thèse Regulations maybe called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second Amendment Regulations , 1981 .
(2) They shall come into, force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966 , for the heading " Tamil Nadu" and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :-

सा० का ० नि० 32 (ब) भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम 1958 , के नियम 11 के साथ पठित ८०भा ०से० प्रधिनियम , 1951 ( 1961
का 51 ) के खण्ड 3 के उपखण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , तमिलनाडु सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम , 1968 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम और बनाती है , श्रयंत्:ि---
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( बेसन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियम , 1981 है ।

2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1968 में:
(क ) राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के समय वेतनमাস से ऊपर वेतन वाले पद , सारिणी में, प्रथम कालम में पायी आने वाली प्रविष्टि"तमिलनाड" और कालम 2 हथा 3 में तत्समानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 3 , of the All India Services Act , 51 (51 of 1961 ) , read with rule 11 of the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules , 1968 , the Central Government , in consultation with theGovernment of Tamil Nadu, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Pay) Rules , 1968, namely :-
1. (1) These Rules may be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules , 1981 .
