Note:—An additional drawback of Rs. 3.50 (Rupees three and paise fifty only) per kg. is payable in respect of Nylon Tyres of the sizes mentioned above provided the exporter produces evi- dence to the satisfaction of the Assis- tant Collector of Customs of direct duty paid importation of Nylon Fila- ment Yarn/Tyrecord, equal to 12.5 kgs. for every 100 kgs. of the said Tyres exported, within 3 months im- mediately preceding the date of the shipping bill :

NO. DRAWBACK/PN-6/81
PUBLIC NOTICE
In order to determine whether the importation is within three months immediately preceding the date of Shipping Bill, the dale of clearance of the goods against the relevant Bill of Entry for home consumption shall be the date of importation.
2. This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 19th day of September, 1980.
