S.O. 77(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India, by which Raigarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Raigarh as the place where Raigarh Kshe- triya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.
