सं ० 9-2/ 79-६० पी० भारतीय खाद्य निगम अधिनियम , 1964 ( 1964 का 37) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदल शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्वानुमति से भारतीय खाद्य निगम निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाकर भा ० खा० ति० ( कर्मचारी बून्य ) विनियम, 1971 में संशोधन , करना है --
1. ( 1 ) के विनियम, भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द ) ( 71वां संशोधन ) विनियम, 1981 कहे जायेगे ।
( 2) वे 6 फरवरी , 1981 से लागू माने जायेगें ।

होगी:--~
( 1 ) परिशिष्ट-2 के क्रमांक 4की बिद्यमान व्यवस्थाये अब इस प्रकार

अधिनियम 9 ( ख ) ( ii ) का अन्तिम वाक्य अर्थात् ' नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी सामान्यतः मिलेक्सन बोर्ड द्वारा तैयार की गई सूची के अनुसार नियुक्तियों करेगा, लेकिन यदि कोई नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी बोर्ड की सिफारिश से महमत नहीं होता तो वह उसकी मिफारिशों से असहमति के लिए इसका कारण लिखित में रिकार्ड करेगा और ऐसे श्रावेश पाम करेगा जो उचित समझे" काट दिया जाये ।
( 3) विनियम 57 ( 1 ) में '' बोर्ड या अन्य प्राधिकारी जिसे उसके द्वारा सामान्य या विशेष आदेश के रूप में शक्तियां मिली हों कर सकता है " इन शब्दों की जगह निम्नलिखित रखा जाये:--
" इस बारे में परिशिष्ट-1 में विनिर्दिष्ट बोर्ड या प्राधिकारी प्राधिकारी ( जो परिशिष्ट -2 में विनिर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी से उच्च हो ) बोर्ड के सामान्य या विशेष आदेश के रूप में कर सकता है " या कोई अत्य जो इसके बारे में

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th February , 1981
No.9-2/ 79 - EP .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 (37 of 1964 ) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government , the lood Corporation of India hereby makes the following regula- tions further to amend the Food Corporation of India ( Stafi ) Regulations , 1971 ;
1. ( 1) These Regulations shallbe called the Food Corporation of India (Stafi ) (71st amendment ) Regulations , 1981 .
(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th February , 1981 .
2. ( i ) The existing provisions appearing against Sl . No. 4 of Appendix- 2 shall be substituted as under :-

( ii ) The last sentence appearing in Regulation 9 (b ) ( ii ) viz . " The appointing authority shall ordinarily make appointments in accordarce with the list prepated by the Selection Board , but where any appointing authority does not agree with the recommendations of the Board , it shall record its reasons in writing for dis- agrecing with i's recommendations and pass such orders as it decms fit . " , shall be deleted .
( iii ) In Regulation 57 ( 1 ) for the words " The Board or any other authorityem- powered by it by general or special order may " , the following shall be substituted :-
"The Board or the authority specified in Appendix - 2 in this behalf or any other authority ( higher than the authority specified in Appendix - 2 ) empowered m this behalf by general or special order of the Board may "
