S.O. 98(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section d) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consulta- tion with the Reserve Bank of India and Andhra Bank, by which Rushikulya Gramya Bank has been sponsored, speci- fies Berhampur in the district of Ganjam as the place where Rushikulya Gramya Bank shall have its head office.
