NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 17th February, 1981 CUSTOMS . G.S.R. 68(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 179-Customs, dated the 4th September, 1980, namely:—

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the noiification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 231-Customs, dated the 27th November, 1980, namely:—
In ihe said notification, for condition (i)- the following con-
dition shall be substituted, namely:—
"(i) Industrial Adviser or Additional Industrial Adviser of the Directorate Geneia! of Technical Development of the Ministiy of I n j u ry certified that ihe pjrts in question are oi will be required for the purpose specified above ; and'.
