S.O.103(E), - In exercise of the powers confened by sub- Paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers) N o . S . O. 836 (E) dated the 27th September, 1980 S O 937(E) dated the 2nd December, 1980, the Central Government hereby fixes the price as specified in column 3 of the Table below as the maximum price at which each of the indigenously manufac- tured bulk drugs specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 thereof shall be sold

238 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)1S.O. 104(E) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby fixes Rs. 192 IK as the maximum sale price at which Sulphidimidinc shall bo sold, and makes the following amendment in the order of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers, No. S.O. S4O(E), dated the 4th October, 1980, namely :—
In the Table annexed to the said order for serial No. 6 ami the entries relating thereto, the follwoing serial No. and enhics shall be substituted, namely:—
