NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th February, 1981

S.R.O. *(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Centiul Government hereby declares every service forming part of, or connected with, the generation, supply, operation and maintenance of petroleum products and iunning of oil installations and pipelines in Assam to be a service of vital importance to the community.
