1. (1) This Oidci may be called the Fertiliser (Movement
Control) Amendment Order, 1981.
(2) It shall come into force on the date oi its publica-
tion in the Olllcial Gazette.
2. In the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Ordei, 1973,—
(1) In th
(a) the items (iii) and (iv) shall be deleted; and
(b) after item (v), the following items shall be inserted,
namely :
(v-a) by the Southern Patrochemical Industries Cor- poration Madras; or
(v-b) by the Mangalore Chemicals and Fertiliser Limited, Bangalore; or
(v-c) by the Rashtriya Chemicals and Feitilisera Limited, Bombay; or
(v-d) by the Hindustan Fertiliser Corpoiation, Calcutta.
