S.O. 115(E).—In exercise of Lhe powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (.65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in Ibe laic Ministry of lndust:ial Development (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 98(E)/1DRA|29B 73|1, rii.ied the 16th February, 1973 namely :•—
In the said notification, in Schedule 1—List of Reserved items for Small Scale Se\ *or,-^
(i) against widl No 147, for the figures "nd entry in the second and third columns respectively, ' tht- DIA";
(ii) after Serial No. 147, and entries rclaiina the;do, the following Serial number and entries shall be insert ed, namely :—
"147A 30393501 Fittings- for PVC pipes Including conduits upto 110 mm DIA".
(iii) after Serial No, 210 and the entiles rcljiiny Lhereto, the following serial number and entries phall be inserted, namely :—
"210A 31922301 Water Soluble Wcod pfe*ervni.iw hfliCd o i copper, chiomc, arsons boris compound";
(iv) against Serial No. 243, for the flgutes and entry in the second and third columns respectively, the following figures and entry shall respectively be substituted, namely :—
"3131202 Fumaric acid (excluding fumaric Jcid re- covered from the off gases of phthalk anhydride plant";
(v) Serial No, 292 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

(viii) against Serial No. 560, for the figures and entry in the yecond and third columns respectively, lhe following figures and entry shall respectively be substituted, namely :—

2, In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), tlie Central Government hereby specifics a period of six month from the date of publication of this notification as the period after the expiry of which no owner of any industrial undertaking, which was previously exempted frbin the opera- lion of the provisions of the said Act and which is not so exempt by virtue to this notification, shall carry on the business of such undertakings, except under and in accord- ance with a licence issued in this behalf by the Ceritrnl Government and in the case of State Government, except under and in accordance with, the previous permission of the Central Government.
