R. 73(E).—In c\ercisc of tho powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 (52 of 1972), the Central Government hereby authorizes Ihe persons, being officers of Government, mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule annexed hereto, for the areas specified against them in column 1 of the said Schedule, for the purpose of said section 23,—
