S.O. 123(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes thj followina nmendments to IDe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. i 2KP). dated the 14th August, 1980, namely :—
In the naid notification, in the Schedule, in Part B after entry No. 15
'Swltchgears', the following entry shall bo inseiled, namely :•—
"16. Drugs and Pharmaceuticals other than those specified at item
No. 14 of Part A".
