सा०का० नि० 83 (अ) भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग) भिमयम, 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पतित , अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियम , 1966 में भागे संगोधन करने के लिए एतद्धारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: --
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमां का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पव संख्या का नियतन) तृतीय संशोधन विनियम , 1981 है ।

New Delhi , the 27th February, 1981
G.S.R. 83 ( F) .-In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules , 1966, the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Ser- vice ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1966, namely :-
1. (1 ) Thesc Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Third Amendment Re- gulations , 1981 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica- tion in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1966 , for the heading " Hima- chal Pradesh " and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shallbe substituted , namely : --

सा० का०नि० 84( अ) भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित धबिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, हिमाचल प्रवेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम , 1968 मे श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतबुद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) तृतीय मशोधन नियम , 1981 है ।
होगे । (2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1968 में.-
(क) अनुसूची III-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के ममय वेनतमान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों की तालिका प्रथम कालम में थाने बाली प्रविष्टि " हिमाचल प्रदेश तथा द्वितीय और तृतीय कालमों में तवनुरुपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्

(ख) अनुसूची III-ख में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेबा के वरिष्ठ समय वेतममान के बेतन वाले पदों जिसमें समय वेतनमान में वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन वाले पद सम्मिलित्त हैं, के प्रथम कालम में आने वाली प्रविष्टि " हिमाचल प्रदेश" और द्वितीय कालम में तदनुरुपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
