II— In the 6th of para 1 of Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 9-ITC(PN)/81 dated the 3rd March, 1981, as published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part I-Section I), doted the 3rd Manch, 1981, the year after the word and figure "February 26." shall be read as "1981" instead of "1980".
