2 यह अधिसूचना पहली अप्रैल 1951 से लाग हागी ।
मा० का० नि० 170 ( अ ) कन्द्रीय सग्वार , महापत्तन न्यास अध- नियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के उपखण्ड ( 1 ) का अनुसरण में टूटीकारिन पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मडल में निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) मे उल्लिखित क्षेत्रो का प्रविनिधित्व करन के लिए साधन कार्यालय द्वारा नियुक्त किए जान बाले व्यक्तियों की मख्दा का विनिदिन्न करती है । यह सहा उक्त मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) मे निर्दिष्ट की गई है ।

New Delhi , the 5th March , 1981
G. S. R. 170 (E. ) : In pursuance of sub - clause ( i) of clause (c) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2 ) of the Table below to be appointed by that Government to represent the Interests mentioned in column ( 1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Tuticorin Port Trust .

सा० का नि० 171 ( अ) -महापत्सम म्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के साण्ड ( ग) के उपखण्ड ( 11 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार टूटीकोरिन पत्तन न्यास के न्यामी मण्डल में प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के नाम व निकाय और इन क्षेत्रों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासियो जिनका निर्वाचन संबंधित उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के सबधित निकाय द्वारा किया जाएगा, की संख्या विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जो निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) , (3) थोर (4) में उल्लिखित है ।
परन्तु उक्त मारणी में क्रम संख्या 5, 6 और 7 पर उल्लिखित निकायों के द्वारा जो सरकार के स्वामित्व या नियंत्रण के अधीन है,

2. उपर्युक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 4) के अनुसरण मे केन्द्रीय सरकार यह विनिदिष्ट करती है कि न्यासियों का निर्वाचम 20 मार्च, 1981 तक कर लिया जाएगा
3 यह अधिसूचना पहली अप्रैल, 1981 को लागू होगी ।

R. 171 (E ) .:-In pursuance of the provisions of sub- clause ( il) of clause (c) of sub -section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby specifles the number of persons mentioned in column (4) of the Table below to be elected by each of the bo- dies, to represent each of the interests , shown respectively in the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3 ) of the said Table, on the Board of Trustees of the Tuticorin Port Trust :
Provided that in the case of the body mentioned against each of the serial numbers 5, 6 and 7 of the said Table , being 433
