I72tl£).--In exercise of the powcis conferred by sub-item id I ot nun (d) uf Hiddiiip, Nu. b4.66 (i) of the I-irst Schedule to the Customs Twill Act, 1975 151 of l')75), the Cential Government, having regaul to the economic development of the country, hereby makes the following fuither amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 269-Cusitoms dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely : —
Tn the said notiiicution, after Serial No, (5) und the entries relating thereto
the following shall be inserted, namely :—
"(6) Sponge from Pilot Plant under Research and Development Centie
of Steel Authouty of India Limited.
(7) Matluira—Delhi—Ambalu—Jnllundiir FioducL Pipeline Project."
