S.O. lfl(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 6 of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 (25 of 1976), the Central Government hereby nominates Snri B,, G. Deshmukh, Secretary, Ministry of Labour as an ©x-offlcio member of the Advisory Committee vies Shil K.. S. Raghupatl and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Gov- ernment of India In the Ministry of Labour No. S,O. 5KE) dated the 24th January, 1981 published at pages 161-162 of Part II Section 3 sub-section (h) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated January 24, 1931
In the u id notification, for entry at serial number 3, the following; entry shall
be substituted, namely ;—
