G.S.R. 176(E).—In exercise; of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 8 of ihe Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Pievention of SmuggliriK Activi- ties Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), and in supn session of the notification of the Government of India in 'he Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No, G.S.R. 284(E), that the 1st June, 1980 the Central Government hereby constitutes un Advisory Board, consisting of—•

1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice T.P.S. Chawla

MEMBERS

2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.S. Chadha, Jud"e of the Delhi Hijth Court.

3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Ranganalhan, Judge of the Delhi High Court.
