सा ० का० ति ० 182 ख) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय

(राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 117-सीमाशुल्क [सा ० का० नि० 318 ( म ) ] तारीख 9 जून , 1978 का निम्नलिखित और सशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की प्रथम अनुसूची मे,
( क) क्रम सख्यांक 5 पौर उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, भर्थात्: -

sub - section ( 1 ) G.S.R.182( E ) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government being of satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following 478/1

further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 117 - Customs [ GSR 318 ( E ) ] dated the 9th June , 1978 , namely :-
In the First Schedule to the said notification ,-
( a ) for Serial No. 5 and the entrics relating thereto , the followir g shall be substi- tuted , namely :-
