New Delhi, the 18th April, 1981

S.R.O. 14(E).—In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-sectJwi (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares every service forming part of, or con- nected with tho generation, supply, operation and maintenance of petroleum products and running of oil installation and pipelines in Assam to be a service of vital importance to ihe community.
