सा० का ० मि० 186 ( ज ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , वित्त अधिनियम , 1979 ( 1979 का 21 ) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐमा करना आवश्यक और सभीचीन है नीचे मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) मे विनिविष्ट यात्रियो के प्रवगौ को, भारत, के बाहर किसी स्थान की उनकी अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय यात्रा की बाबन , उक्त अधिनियम की

धारा 35 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उद्ग्रहणीय विदेश यात्रा कर के मंदाय से, उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट शर्तों के अधीन रहते हुए छूट देती है ।

भारत में राजनयिक मिशन के प्रधान या उसके द्वारा इस निमित्त प्राधिकृत अधिकारी से इस श्राशय का प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तत करना कि यात्री मिशन का पदधारी है या ऐसे किसी पदवारी के कुटुम्ब का सदस्य है ।
1. राजनयिक मिशनों के, राजनयिक हैसियत धारण करने बाले पवधारियों से भिन्न ऐसे पदधारी जो भारत के राष्ट्रिक नहीं हैं या भारत में स्थायी रूप से निवासी नहीं है और जो मिशन की प्रशासनिक या तकनीकी सेत्रा में नियोजिन हैं भोर उनके कुटुम्ब ।
2. भारत में विदेशी कौंसलों के पदधारी जो भारत के राष्ट्रिक नहीं हैं या भारत में स्थायी रूप से निवासी हैं और उनके कुटुम्ब ।
भारत में विदेशी कौंसिल के प्रधान या उस के द्वारा इस निमित्त प्राधिकृत अधिकारी से इस आशय का प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना कि यात्री विदेशी कोंसल का पदधारी हैं या ऐसे किसी पदधारी के कुटुम्ब का सदस्य है ।

FOREIGN - TRAVEL TAX
G.S.R. 186( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Finance Act , 1979 (21 of 1979 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do , hereby exempts the categories of passengers specified in column (2) of the Table below from payment of foreign travel tax leviable under sub- section ( 1 ) of section 35 of the said Act , in respect of their international journey भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

to any place outside India subject to the conditions specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 3 ) of the said Table .

1. Officials of Diplomatic Missions , other than those holding diplomatic status , who are not nationals of , or permanently resident in , India and are employed in administrative or technical services of the mission and their families .
Production of a certificate from the Head of the diplomatic mission in India or an Officer authorised by him in this behalf to the effect that the passenger is an official of the mission or is a member of the family of such an official ,
2. Officials of foreign consulates in India who are not nationals of , or permanently resident in , India , and their families .
Production of a certificate from the Head of the foreign consulate in India or an officer authorised by him in this behalf that the passenger is an official of the foreign consulate or is a member of the families of such an official .
