S.O. 195(E).—Whereas the Election Commission of India has co <>d.ci.ed the application of Tamil Nadu Congress (K) for registration of that c yanhn- Ik.n as a political paity and the documents pioduced in support of th; firayet contained in the -."id application, and has decided to legister that oi",t isation under the name and style of 'Tamil Nadu Congre"s (K)' as an unrecognised political party in the State of Tamil Nadu under the provisions of p inraoh 3 of th.j Election Svmbols (Reseivation and Allotment) Order. 1968
