S,O. 1P6(E).—In pursuance of clause (b) of section 2 of the National Com- pany Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (42 o£ 1980), the Central Government hereby specifies the 23rd day of March, 1981 as the date for th" purposes of.—
(i) clause (a) of sub-section (1; of section 1-5 • and
(ii) for clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 16, in so far as it relates
tf the amount specified in sub-section (1) of section 9.
